Erasmus+ teacher training course
How can schools support ambitious learning without sacrificing wellbeing?
Create learning environments where achievement and wellbeing strengthen one another.
Target group: Teachers, adult educators, mentors, school leaders and other education professionals from all educational levels.
This professional development course invites participants to examine how high achievement and wellbeing can be developed together through practical, reflective and collaborative learning. Participants explore how expectations, motivation, relationships, belonging, feedback and learning conditions can influence both performance and personal wellbeing.
Throughout the programme, participants experience practical methods, examine their limitations and adapt them carefully to different educational contexts. By the end of the week, each participant will have developed a realistic next-step plan using supportive challenge, strengths-aware practice, community building and reflective planning. The focus is not on one fixed model, but on choosing approaches that fit learners, colleagues, curricula and local realities.
