Registering Interest Is Not a Binding Registration
Submitting this form does not reserve a course place, create a binding agreement or create an obligation to pay. It only tells Understanding Academy that you may be interested in joining the selected session.
If the session can be confirmed, we will contact you with the course format, timetable, price and next steps. You can then decide whether to complete the formal registration.

From Interest to Course Confirmation
We Form a Group
We collect expressions of interest from individual participants and organisations interested in the same course session.
We contact you to complete the final registration
When the minimum participation conditions are met, we contact interested participants before inviting them to complete the formal registration.
Participation numbers
When Can a Session Be Confirmed?
A course can normally be confirmed in a compact format when at least three participants are ready to proceed. The complete course curriculum and learning outcomes are covered, but a smaller group allows the timetable to be organised more efficiently.
When at least five participants are registered, the course can be delivered with the regular timetable.
- 3–4 participants
- The session may be confirmed as a compact course.
- 5 or more participants
- The session can run with the regular course timetable.
