Supporting Resilient Educators and Healthier Learning Environments
Teaching is meaningful - but also demanding. This course helps educators restore balance, manage stress, and build emotional resilience through mindfulness, reflection, and practical wellbeing strategies for everyday classroom life.
In today’s fast-paced education world, teachers are expected to constantly adapt - to new technologies, new curricula, and new challenges. While supporting students’ growth, educators often overlook their own wellbeing.
This Erasmus+ course, Teacher Wellbeing and Emotional Balance: Thriving in Education, offers a refreshing space for teachers to pause, recharge, and reconnect with their purpose. Participants will explore evidence-based strategies to manage stress, prevent burnout, and cultivate positive classroom environments that support both teacher and student wellbeing.
Through mindfulness practices, creative workshops, and group discussions, participants will learn how emotional balance, empathy, and self-awareness directly enhance teaching effectiveness and relationships with students.
By the end of the week, teachers will leave with a personal wellbeing plan, practical classroom tools, and a renewed sense of motivation and joy in their profession.
