Inspiring Erasmus+ Teacher Training Week: Learning, Collaboration and New Ideas
This week was a great reminder of the power of international collaboration in education. We had the pleasure of welcoming educators from Greece, Germany, Austria, France, Türkiye, and Estonia for two Erasmus+ teacher training courses focused on the future of education and teacher wellbeing.
Participants joined our courses
"Future-Ready Teachers: ICT and AI in the 21st Century Classroom"
and
"Teacher Wellbeing and Emotional Balance: Thriving in Education"
, exploring important topics that support educators in today's rapidly changing educational environment.
Throughout the week, we exchanged experiences, shared different perspectives, and discovered practical ideas that participants can bring back to their own educational communities.
During the ICT and AI course, participants explored how digital tools and artificial intelligence can support modern teaching practices. They discussed opportunities and challenges connected with new technologies and developed ideas for using AI responsibly and creatively in education.
The teacher wellbeing course focused on another essential part of education: the people behind it. Through activities and discussions, participants explored strategies for emotional balance, resilience, stress management, and creating more sustainable approaches to their professional lives.
Beyond the course sessions, the week was also about cultural exchange and building connections. Educators from different countries shared their experiences, learned from each other, and created a truly international learning environment.
Moments like these show the importance of lifelong learning, cooperation, and the Erasmus+ spirit. Bringing together educators from across Europe creates opportunities not only to gain new knowledge but also to build lasting professional connections.
